Thursday Solar: Dance! October 15

We resume our dance practice atop Belvedere Castle in Central Park from 6 – 8 pm, rain or shine. There is a covered area we will use if it is raining.

We’ll continue our exploration of 15th century Italian dances. Depending on attendance, we will revisit balli Petite Rose, Amoroso, Anello, and Petit Vriens. Time permitting we will add our first Basse Dance, Lauro. We will conclude with dancing the Tourdion for all who wish.

All are welcome to join us. No Society membership or previous experience required. No fee. Modern attire; come as you are. We look forward to seeing you! RSVP to 143578@members.eastkingdom.org would be helpful so we do not start dance instruction without you. If you are running late day of, please email: I’ll be monitoring it and will see your message.

This is likely the final dance for the year, but we will attempt November conditionally on the weather.
