Berakha bat Mira v’Shlomo is stepping down as our canton’s Minister of Arts & Sciences after two years of service, and we wanted to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for all she’s done.
She took on this position several months into the Covid shutdown, and launched an ambitious program of online video classes, presentations, and roundtables that linked teachers and students from across the known world.
Her “Saturday Night Solar” series extended to include thirty sessions, providing a valuable forum for members of our community to stay connected during a long period when there were hardly any in-person events.
With her departure from our canton, and our kingdom, this long run has finally come to a close, but as she sets off on her new adventure, she takes with her our lasting appreciation.
For the extensive service of Nobilis Berakha, and for the many teachers she recruited — Vivant! Vivant! Vivant!
