Financial Policies
The Canton’s financial committee consists of its active officers.
Its financial practices are governed by a set of policies drawn up in 2018 and ratified in January 2019. The policies were reviewed in April 2021 with no changes made.

Financial Statements
The Canton’s finances are generally quite simple. We maintain a small bank balance, which is used to finance the cost of one or two local events each year, and is replenished by income comes from fees or stipends generated by those same events.
Our finances have been even quieter in recent years due to the disruption of our traditional events by Covid and other external forces, but we anticipate a return to normal activity levels in the years ahead.
